Text Tasker is an AI-powered task and asset management service that:
- Helps users track maintenance schedules for personal assets
- Uses artificial intelligence to generate maintenance recommendations
- Sends reminders via Telegram bot and/or web interface
- Allows task creation, organization, and tracking with location tags
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Text Tasker, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To use Text Tasker, you must create an account through Telegram or our web interface. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. AI-Generated Content
Important Notice
AI-generated content is based on general knowledge and patterns, not specific expertise about your particular equipment. Always verify recommendations independently.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not reflect manufacturer-specific guidelines
- AI systems can produce errors or inaccuracies
- Recommendations should be verified before acting upon them
- You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated recommendations
6. Not Professional Advice
AI-generated maintenance schedules and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do NOT constitute:
- Professional mechanical or technical advice
- Manufacturer-endorsed maintenance schedules
- Safety certifications or guarantees
- Legal, financial, or medical advice
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that AI recommendations will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Property damage or personal injury
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Text Tasker, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
